At QIDI Tech, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your printer to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tools that were included in the original shipment.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the box and drop it off at a designated carrier location, ensuring you keep your tracking information for reference.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians receive and inspect the returned unit for any signs of use or damage, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
